The 3rd biennial workshop on DSP (digital signal processing) for In-Vehicle and Mobile Systems, was held in Sait Halim Pasa Mansion, Istanbul at the historic Sait Halim Pasa Yalisi on the European shores of Istanbul immediately after the 2007 IEEE Intelligient Vehicles Symposium (IV'07) at the Istanbul-Hilton Hotel and Convention Centre. The workshop was organized by Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Abut, Prof. Dr. Kazuya Takeda and a very great team.
In 2005 the International Alliance for Advanced Studies on In-Car Human Behavioral Signals invited to
participate on a Workshop on DSP for in-Vehicle and Mobile Systems. The Workshop was organized by a great committee:
