Scientists, mathematicians and engineers are in greater demand than ever. That’s why you and your parents should attend our next STEM information session, Saturday, February 16th, and learn all about the programs of study at the University of Texas at Dallas, including:
Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Geosciences, Mathematical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Physics, Pre-Health, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering
Please note: We have plans to introduce a mechanical engineering degree in 2008.
Come hear UTD faculty discuss undergraduate degree plans, areas of concentration and our fast-track program into graduate school. Then our students will talk about college life, student organizations and the internship opportunities available at the hundreds of high-tech companies located within a few miles of UTD. Wrap things up with a tour of campus, including a look at our freshman on-campus housing.
High school seniors who apply for admission to UT Dallas at a STEM session will have their $50 application fee waived. And upon acceptance you’ll automatically be considered for UTD’s Academic Excellence Scholarship program.
STEM sessions are open to all high school juniors and seniors with an interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
